3 step process to Loyalty Success:

Step 1. Enroll members.

To get started you need members! After we set up your loyalty program we’ll share ways you can promote your program to your customers. In store signs sharing your loyalty program, handouts for customer bags, and verbally sharing your loyalty program with customers is key. You and your staff will enroll members on your POS or via a separate tablet.

Step 2. Gather information.

When enrolling members you will gather several key pieces of information. Emails, phone numbers, addresses are key. You can also collect information like birthdays to reward your members on their special days.

Once they start using the program we will automatically collect information about their spending habits and more. This will help you get customers back in the door and you can even create a VIP group for your best customers.

Step 3.Get back to business!

Now that you have members enrolled we can set up automated programs to reward loyalty members, we’ll collect data from your sales, and we can set up automated email, direct mail, or a comibination of both to help you keep loyal customers coming back.
